ISHISAN – only a name among many others, only one life among many others, which will expire. It is particularly the idea, the insight which shall survive, as long and as fruitful as possible, for as many ones as possible.
The haiku and tanka placed here may (or better: shall!) be spread or shared everywhere. However, content and wording must be authentic.
The usage is therefore permitted under the following terms of conditions according to Creative Commons Licenses CC BY-ND 4.0:

Roland Steinberg grants all readers of this website a worldwide, free of cost, not sublicensable and irrevocable license to copy, to publish and to forward each haiku and tanka of this website (“usage”). If the haiku and tanka are modified the publishing and the forwarding is prohibited/interdicted. Modification and forwarding is not prohibited/interdicted if the newly created work keeps sufficient distance to the original.
Usage is bound to the condition of naming the author, like “© Ishisan“ (or © Roland Steinberg, ad libitum. Instead of “©” also “author” or similar can be demanded).
As soon as it is reasonably practicable, the naming of the author must be connected with a hyperlink to the original source.
In case of newly created works which keep sufficient distance to the original the author is not to be named.
